Well, nearly five years ago, we decided to do something about this. In fact, every detail of the way we run our business is the opposite of the way a typical Car Dealership operates. Our philosophy is quite simple actually: To operate a Consumer Inspired and Consumer Focused business in an industry that we feel needs to change.

Who better to do such a thing than people who had never sold a car in our lives? That's right ... we're plain 'ol "consumers", just like you, who feel the Automotive Industry is in dire need of a massive overhaul. Why are cars allowed to be sold in such a different way than anything else anyway?

So, we took action. The result? Well, we've been "pleasantly overwhelmed", to say the least. :-) We're happy to say that we seem to have struck a nerve. Our customers have come from not just here in the West Palm Beach, Florida area, but from all over South Florida ... indeed, from all over the entire state of Florida, from all over the United States and from all over the world.

We just can't believe what's happened and believe this says something about our price, quality, service and priorities ... and frankly, we know few Dealers who can say the same.

Okay, Let's Get Started. Let's Buy A Used Car The "Right Way"

Don't Pay Sales Commissions: The Internet presents a great opportunity for car shoppers ... it's just loaded with information. You can do all of your vehicle research right online to decide exactly which car you'd like to buy.

Once you know which used car you want, why pay a salesperson to sell it to you? If you do your own homework on the net, what value has a salesperson actually added ... and at what cost?

Car Buying Solution: We have no salespeople, so we pay no commissions. And the buying experience is pleasant, no pressure and rewarding ... exactly how we would like to be treated ourselves.

Don't Pay For Big Advertising Budgets: Again, as a savvy internet shopper, you already basically know which used car you want. You've done your homework and now it's just a matter of locating the vehicle at the best price. If you go to a Dealer who's doing the typical marketing things ... television, radio and newspaper ... you'll be paying for it... and it's a significant extra cost.

Car Buying Solution: We do No Advertising of any kind, other than on the internet (which is pennies on the dollar compared with the traditional media outlets). We're 100% internet and word-of-mouth based.

Actually, most people find us through the search engines, which is free. This is just another example of a costly expense we've eliminated so that our customers can save as much money as possible when buying a used car.

Don't Pay For 50 Or 100 Employees: You ever notice how many employees are at the typical Dealership ... all sorts of staff people, supervisors, finance people, secretaries, ad people, maintenance people, etc.. Why should you pay the salaries of all those people getting paychecks every two weeks? As an internet car buyer, what value has all those people given you?

Car Buying Solution: We are an Owner-Operated business with a small, experienced and super efficient staff ... people who really care. The result? You're not paying for the salaries of dozens of people.

Don't Pay For Fancy Showrooms: See that beautiful showroom? Yep, you're paying for that too. And what has it added to your buying experience? Do you really want to pay for a facility whose purpose is to add bright lights and glitz to make cars look irresistable ... with piped in music, coloring and sales stations to encourage you to sign the dotted line. Well, you're paying for all that, of course.

Car Buying Solution: We have no showroom at all. Just a simple, clean and convenient warehouse. Ka-ching! This means still more savings for you.

Don't Pay Dealer Fees: We see Dealers who routinely add on $200 to $1,200 in extra fees on every used car they sell ... "Prep Fees", "Destination Charges", "Processing Fees" and all sorts of crazy things. These are nonsense add-ons and pure profit for the Dealers. Even those Dealers with smaller fees of $195 to $500 are padding their wallets at your expense. Don't fall for it when they say, "Everyone has to pay them".

Car Buying Solution: We have No Dealer Fees of any kind ... zip, zilch, nada ... resulting in still more savings.

Stressful "Haggling" Favors The Dealer: That's right. These people are "pro's" and the typical car buyer is no match. You may haggle for a car once every few years ... they do it all day long, day after day. Believe me, they know what they are doing. Over hours of time, they wear you down and you'll never know whether you got the best price possible when all is said and done. And their job is to keep you from doing so ... and they're darn good at it.

Car Buying Solution: We pass all of these mentioned savings directly to our customers. The result is that our vehicles simply cost less, are consistently well below retail Blue Book prices and are set at a stress-free, haggle-free rock bottom price, for your convenience. All of our customers get the best price possible, without ever having to bargain for it.

(And as a side note, and one of the features so many of our customers comment about, is that you won't waste hours of your time here. You come in, test drive your vehicle and your paperwork is done in a matter of minutes. Our typical customer is in and out in 30 to 45 minutes ... one hour tops.)

Don't Overpay For Damaged Goods: Sometimes, things are too good to be true. Make sure you are getting what you are paying for. Absolutely insist on seeing the vehicle's CarFax or AutoCheck History Report. You must verify that a car hasn't been in a serious accident, or had the odometer tampered with, or been designated a "Lemon Car", or had flood damage, or sustained any other of the many possible negative history items that affect a vehicle's value. If so, what looked like a bargain may actually be a financial disaster.

Also, it's always a good idea to have the vehicle independently mechanically inspected on your own. There are large national companies you can find online who will go right to the Dealer and inspect it for you for $100 or so ... and it's well worth it to protect your investment. Run in the other direction if a Dealer will not provide a History Report or allow you to independently inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.

Car Buying Solution: All of our vehicles have been CarFax Certified or AutoCheck Assured for vehicle history and, unlike many dealers, we're happy to share the actual report with you, free. All of our vehicles have also been independently inspected at a local ASE Certified facility, and we're happy to share that information with you as well. We are also happy to make our vehicles available if you would like to have an additional inspection done on your behalf.

Avoid Dealer Extended Warranties: Yup, they'll chock-up another $600 to $1,100 in profit on these. You can do much better finding an excellent warranty on your own. Shop around, just like you did for your used car.

Car Buying Solution: After alot of shopping, we've hooked up with an Extended Warranty company who works with Credit Union customers. They offer the same Warranty as the Dealers, but charge $600 to $900 less ... and it's valid at all the Dealerships if you want them to do the work. Why pay more?

Yes, you can save quite a bit on your next used car simply by utilizing information readily available to you online. And in summary, we hope to earn your trust and make your next car purchase the best car-buying experience you've ever had.
