*The Kelley Blue Book value of this 4Runner was $16,135 (at the time). Well, we're okay with that. Just find it odd that Kelley values the typical 1999 4Runner with 72,000 miles at $14,935. Just a $1,200 difference on a car with 60% less mileage? We've noticed KBB has a hard time valuing extremely low-mileage vehicles. But don't take our word for it ... do some shopping out there.
