The Kelley Blue Book value of this Protege was $9,910 (at the time). As you may know, KBB has a problem valuing particularly low-mileage vehicles. For example, the default mileage from KBB on an '01 Mazda Protege is 67,000 and has a Kelley Blue Book of $8,995. Only a $915 difference on a car with less than half the miles? We find this odd, particularly when we check real prices out there. But don't take our word for it, check out other Dealer prices for yourself. The bottom line is that we're able to offer this one-owner, low-mileage vehicle at less that the KBB for one with 2 1/2 times the mileage.
