My guess is that the Grand Prix is a far better car than most people realize. Did you know, for example, that J.D. Power gives the '05 model it's top ranking (5 out of 5) for both Mechanical Quality and Overall Quality? I mean, the much acclaimed '05 Honda Accord scored a 4.5 in both categories (still an excellent rating).
Sometimes American cars get no respect, and rightfully so when compared to their foreign competition. But not in this case. The Grand Prix is really a nice car and it's too bad more American cars aren't made like it.
The original sticker on this car new was $24,960. In our opinion, as a used car this vehicle is a solid choice and represents a lot of car for the money.
And here's what edmunds.com has to say about the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix:
" ... there are some domestic sedans that merit consideration even when the imports are still in the picture. The Pontiac Grand Prix is such a car. Redesigned for '04, the Grand Prix benefited from stronger, more refined engines; fine-tuned ride and handling characteristics; and a friendlier cockpit design with large gauges and, for the most part, simple controls."
We've had this car thoroughly inspected and it's in excellent condition. This is also an AutoCheck History Assured vehicle and a One-Owner "Florida Car".
