The Kelley Blue Book value of this Ford Windstar was $12,040 (at the time), which we find curious since the default mileage for an '02 Winstar is 51,000 with a value of $11,165. What? Just an $875 difference for the same vehicle with 80% less miles? It's KBB's mathmatical formula which just doesn't seem to know how to value "extreme" low-mileage vehicles. That's our opinion anyway. Do some shopping and judge for YOURSELF to see if we're right on this. The bottom line is that we're able to sell this vehicle for substantially less than the Book Value of one with 5 times the mileage.
