The Kelley Blue Book value of this Kia Optima was $12,075 (at the time), which we humbly find a little curious. KBB defaults the mileage for an average '04 Optima at 28,000 miles with a value of $11,350. As you may have read elsewhere on our site, the Achilles Heel of Kelley is that they seem to be consistently way off on "extreme" low-mileage vehicles. How can they add just $725 to the same car with 1/10 the mileage? Something is seriously wrong here. But don't take our word for this, of course. Please do your own shopping and we think you'll see what we are talking about.
